The price shown is Base Rent. Residents are required to pay: a one-time application ($50 per applicant), a one-time administration fee ($100), a one-time security deposit ($500 - up to one month; refundable), a one-time mattress cover fee ($95 per person), and monthly technology fee ($20 per unit). Utilities included in base rent: none. Utilities not included in base rent: electric (unit is sub-metered, total electric for unit split evenly amongst residents in the unit), Gas (unit is sub-metered, total electric for unit split evenly amongst residents in the unit), Trash/recycling (allocation based on the number of persons residing in apartment), water/sewer (allocation based on the number of persons residing in apartment), and other utility-related fees (one-time utility move-in fee, $10 per person), utility move out fee ($10 per person), utility startup fee ($45 per person).
