Entry into Doyle is controlled via the Butterfly MX System, a state-of-the-art property access system for residents and visitors. Your smart phone, which is unique to you, is your key to your apartment unit and other access points throughout the property (package room, garage, amenity spaces, etc.). Security cameras have a watchful eye on both the exterior perimeter and interior corridors and public spaces. Our heated garage also includes a hyper-speed fast-closing garage entry.
The Doyle offers a 12 month lease term.
When you are ready to reserve your new apartment and commit to your lease.
Your first rent payment is due on or before the date of move in. Payment can be made through our online resident portal.
The amount of residents will vary from year to year, however we have 234 bedrooms and a capacity of over 300 occupants.
Yes, we have on-site, heated, indoor parking available. 72 spots are available for lease on a first come, first serve basis. There is also neighborhood street parking available.
Bedrooms are furnished with a bed, desk and 4-drawer under bed storage. Living areas in the units are supplied with a couch, side chair and an entertainment center. Select floor plans come with a kitchen island.
Each bedroom that can accommodate a full-sized bed will be furnished with one. For rooms that cannot fit a full-sized bed, a Twin XL will be provided. Additionally, bunk beds can be arranged in any room if needed.
Your apartment is your future home. Personalize it! You are welcome to bring additional furniture with you to supplement what is provided. If a resident signs a single-occupant lease for a double occupancy enabled bedroom, and wishes to remove the extra furniture, a flat fee of $150 will be applied. Fee covers removal and storage. No other furniture provided may be removed from the apartment.
Yes. All applicants are required to have a guarantor apply on their behalf and sign the lease agreement.
Payments must be paid online through our resident portal. We do not accept checks or cash as payment.
Yes. You can view your balance and pay with a debit card or a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit card using our online resident portal. A transaction fee is applied for payments made by credit card and fee varies by credit card company.
A resident may also input their bank routing and checking account information for a fee-free method of paying for rent and fees.
You will get monthly rent reminders sent to you via email through our online tenant portal. Please keep in mind you are able to set up autopay for your convenience!
Yes, we allow pets! Our leasing team can discuss breed restrictions and applicable fees.
Water, Sewer, Trash, Electric, Gas and Internet. All utilities are billed through your tenant portal - you will not need to call utility companies to set up accounts!
Internet hardware comes pre-installed throughout the building and is included in your monthly technology fee. To connect to the internet, directions are given to register all of your devices on your unit network. Ethernet ports are also available.
Yes, we do! Any current resident who refers another prospect to sign a lease at Doyle will receive a $500 rent credit! *Referred prospect must sign lease for full term. *Referred prospect must email management to inform them of the current resident who referred them.
